About Dr Vandana Garg

All the programs of Jijeevisha are  designed and executed by Dr Vandana who believes that eating is a necessity whereas eating intelligently is an art.
Vandana is Dietitian by profession and owns her practice as Jijeevisha. She is an Executive committee member of the Indian Dietetic Association, Rajasthan chapter and has worked with people from all walks of life. She had presented research and review papers at different National Conferences and loves experimenting to develop new recipes with healthy, wholesome, and nutritious ingredients. She is a believer in finding the right balance in nutritional strategies with a keen interest in working towards health and well-being at the public level. Vandana believes that the right nutrition acquired from real food in a sustainable way is the key factor for achieving a healthier version of self physically mentally and spiritually.

The Process

Stage 1

We assess your present health, health history, family health history and existing eating patterns, workout routines, lifestyle habits and health parameters if required for a specific condition.

Stage 3

We provide you with a post consultation document with practical guideline and learning from the program so that you can maintain a good health throughout. We believe in maintaining a lifelong relation and extend support whenever you need.

Stage 2

A health plan tailored for your preferences, tastes, culture and lifestyle is created. Easy and simple guidelines about sustainable diet along with lifestyle modifications to achieve your health goals are provided.

A weekly interaction based on your plan is scheduled, to review and alter your meal and exercise plans as per the results, requirements and future goals. We also empower you with nutritional knowledge to effectively follow the plans. The plans are revised for special occasions like holidays, weddings, work or travel, etc.
